This poster was created for the CCSF Chorale’s spring concert. The program features works by all female composers spanning from the 12th century–now. Since women have been in the footnotes of history for far too long, showcasing them was important to my design. I created a graphic that could represent the wide spectrum of composers. Bold pink was chosen to symbolize the passion and vibrancy of the pieces, while maintaining an uplifting energy. I chose the typefaces for both their boldness and approachability.
